ONLINE RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to orders placed on the Andrew Gallivan website (andrewgallivan.com). Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. We are able to offer exchanges, we are happy to accept your return and provide a refund if you are not satisfied with your order. 

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, the product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date for non-damaged goods and within 30 days of the delivery date for damaged goods. Damaged goods are those that are materially damaged or have material defects when received by you. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

- The product has not been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged by you.
- The identification tag is still attached to the product.

Andrew Gallivan is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that occurs during the return process. Once your package reaches our headquarters, your return will typically be processed within five to seven business days, but please understand that delays are possible when we are processing a higher than usual volume, such as during peak times. If your return does not meet the requirements of this Return Policy, as determined by Andrew Gallivan in its sole discretion, the package will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund.

 

Once your return has been accepted and processed, it typically takes about an additional three to seven business days for your refund (depending on your bank) to appear on your original payment method, though it may sometimes take longer for various reasons, including processing times at your financial institution. We are unable to refund any other payment method than the method used for the order.
